Terms and Conditions

Readings

Readings will begin promptly at their scheduled time. It is recommended that you are 5-10 minutes early. If you are more than 15 minutes late to the reading it will be considered a “no show” and your booking will be forfeited without a refund.

Bookings are secured with payment upfront. After completion of the reading, if you are not satisfied, please let me know, unfortunately refunds will not be granted.

During a private reading, only one person is allowed in the session failure to comply with this ie (people hiding out of view) will immediately result in the reading ending.

Please ensure that you are in a quiet and private place where you will not be disturbed. The reading must occur in a non-public space away from distractions. Please book the reading during an appropriate time when you are not rushed and can have quiet calm space where we can connect.  

 It is imperative that there are no noises or talking from outside parties during the reading, if this becomes a problem, I have the right to cancel the session without refund.

It is encouraged that you take notes throughout the reading, as I do not allow for recordings of the reading.

Readings are roughly an hour long and will begin with a chat about yourself and what you are looking to gain from the reading. Readings may run slightly longer or shorter, please plan accordingly.

Group Readings

 Online group sessions for you and your friends. This includes you gathering your friends at your home, or is completed via shared group call, then a group reading will be given where each person may receive individual messages. This includes a price/person normally 6 to a group. I can not guarantee each individual will receive a message hence the smaller individual price.

If you book/pay for 6 and only 5 can make it on the day, no refund will be given for the missing person.

Responsibility lies on yourself to fill the space.

Development Groups

​

Payment must be made promptly and within the guidelines set out prior to the group starting.

​

If you make the first payment but fail to make the second on week 2, you will not be allowed to attend past week 2.

​

NO refunds are given after the course has started. It is up to you to ensure that the time works for you prior to booking.

​

The material covered is in no way to be duplicated and reproduced. If I find this is happening I will remove you from the development course without refund.

​

Rude behaviour or Harassment will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the group.
